Table Mountain Trail Women's Wave
Trail run
A dedicated women's start wave with equal prize money across both distances, co-hosted with a Cape Town trail series.
The women start together, ten minutes ahead of the open field, with their own lead bike, their own commentary and the same prize purse as the men. Both distances loop through Newlands Forest onto the contour path.
Entry includes a timed bib, aid stations, a finisher’s sticker and a contribution to the grant pool.
