Shipping & delivery policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa, including all nine provinces. We do not deliver to post office boxes, because the courier needs a person to sign. We do not ship outside South Africa yet; if you want an order sent abroad, email us and we will quote you separately before you pay.

2. What delivery costs

• Flat rate: R95 per order, anywhere in the country, however many items are in it.
• Free delivery: on orders of R900 or more.
• The delivery charge appears in your cart and again on the checkout page before you pay. It is never added afterwards.

3. How long it takes

• Packing: we pack and hand over to the courier within two working days of a confirmed payment.
• Main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): two to three working days after collection.
• Regional and outlying areas: three to five working days after collection.
• Limited drops: where an item is made to order for a drop, the product page says so and gives the dispatch date. Everything else in that order ships with it unless you ask us to split the parcel.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. December and race-week volumes can add a day or two; we say so on the site when they do.

4. Tracking

When the courier collects your parcel we email you the waybill number and a tracking link. If you have not had that email within three working days of paying, check your spam folder and then email us.

5. Delivery, in person

Someone must be at the address to receive and sign for the parcel during business hours. If nobody is there, the courier leaves a card and tries again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or refund the goods less the original delivery charge.

Add anything the driver needs, such as a gate code, a complex name or business hours, in the delivery notes field at checkout.

6. Late delivery

Under section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, if we have not delivered by the agreed date, or within a reasonable time where no date was agreed, you may accept a later delivery or cancel the order and take a full refund, including the delivery charge. Tell us and we will sort it out rather than make you chase the courier.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

The goods are at our risk until they reach you. If a parcel is lost, or arrives damaged or opened, tell us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the items or refund you in full. We take the matter up with the courier ourselves; that is not your job.

8. Incorrect addresses

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with your order reference; if the parcel has not been collected we will correct it at no charge. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied incorrectly, a redelivery is charged at the standard rate.

9. Packaging

Orders ship in paper mailers with a sticker, not plastic. Nothing in the parcel is single-use plastic. See the local and eco supply chain page for how the garments and the packaging are made.

10. Returns in the other direction

Sending something back is covered by the refund policy, which also says who pays the return courier in each situation.

11. Questions about a delivery
