The company
This site is operated by Here for the Women's Race SA (Pty) Ltd, a for-profit social enterprise. Purchases of apparel and event entries are commercial transactions with the company. They are not donations.
Profit commitment
We commit 100% of net profit from merchandise and events to the athlete grant pool, as defined and reported on the Impact page.
Section 18A
We do not issue Section 18A receipts. Philanthropic donations that seek a Section 18A deduction are made to verified partner public benefit organisations, which issue the receipts and disburse funds under a written MOU.
Grants
Grant applications are assessed at our discretion against published eligibility rules. Grants are paid against receipts or directly to providers. Funded applicants agree to report on the use of funds within 60 days of the target event.
Trade mark
"Here for the Women's Race" is a registered trade mark of Here for the Women's Race SA (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Wear it, share it, hand it out; do not sell it without a licence.
